1:- SMS
- Simply open your messaging app on your phone. Type the message “STOP” and send it to 56789. You will receive a message right after sending the above message. “We have received your request to deactivate JioTunes service, To Confirm deactivation please reply to the SMS with 1”. you have to Reply with 1 to Remove your jio caller tune. Once you replied with one, You will receive a confirmation that “JioTunes has been deactivated on your number”.
- SMS: 155223:- SMS Stop to 155223 and select the option to deactivate the service subscription or Tone subscription. JioTunes will be deactivated and you will receive a deactivation confirmation SMS on your mobile.

2:- Remove Jio Caller Tune Using Myjio App
Open the Myjio app on your phone. Go to the menu and select the JioTunes option from the menu. Then Go to “My Subscriptions page” and Tap on “Deactivate JioTune” at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation will pop up, Simply tap on “Yes” and you are done.
3:- Using IVR
First of all Open the Dialer app on your phone And Dial this number “15223” Make sure you are dialing from the Jio number if you are having dual sims. Now select the preferred language by pressing 1 for English and 2 For Hindi Now All the Value-Added-Services will be listed Simply Select Jio Tune option to deactivate You will receive a confirmation of the deactivation of the JioTunes Service.
All the above methods are easy to do. In case you changed your mind and later need to reactivate the caller tune, you can do this easily too. Simply Open the Myjio app and select three dots and select Jio Tune. Head to the songs tab. Now select your favorite song and Tap on “Set as JioTune ” to activate.
